Day 4: The fourth day at Sakyadhita International conference began with Paper presentation on topics like SDG and peace ,life of nuns at Arunachal Pradesh,India etc .The paper presentation was followed by "Tea meditation" which is quite unique practice at Taiwan .The practice is based on mindfulness and awareness during making and drinking herbal tea.Beautiful cultural performance including regional and cultural traditional folk dance and music of Korea were presented.At the end a movie "Sura" was shown which is based on conserving Tidal species.This brough environmental and ecological awareness among the audience.The day was full of educational and vocational activities which exposed the Himalayan nuns to the outer world.They have been provided with a lot of learning opportunities.
