Day 3: The third day at Sakyadhita conference was an amalgamation of culture and tradition art of Korea with newness.

The Himalayan nuns including Zanskar nuns presented the history and current scenario of the Buddhist nuns in Himalayan region.They also shared the best practices of the Himalayan nunneries, projects for their empowerment, contribution to society and awards & achievement.Nun Padma Dechen from Thiksey and Thinless Yangzom from Zangla offered presentation on the above mentioned topics.Their presentation was appreciated and well liked by the audience.

The next event in the series was poster making in which the nuns made posters carrying the message about preserving the environment.

The day ended with cultural performance.
