The teachers of Changchup Choeling feel blessed to have adorable kids with us as students. Meeting all the wonderful students in this journey gave us an opportunity to learn something new from each one of them. These children are like the stars in making. May each shine find its talent and shine bright. Warm wishes on Children’s Day to these little stars.”
HAPPY CHILDREN'S DAY.
The Changchup Choeling Nunnery, Zangla,Zanskar celebrates Chilrdren’s day in a very unique way for the first time.This year the nunnery has organized online co curricular activities for winters.So,the celebration began with the biography of Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru in the form of a movie.The kids were given a live quiz (Online Platform Quizizz) based on the movie shown to them.Small prizes were also given to them for the correct answers.
The most interesting part of the celebration was offline game of making a snowman in the campus,which kids enjoyed a lot.To retain their learning for a long time ,they were given the Sketch of Jawahar Lal Nehru to color .Then each kid wrote a beautiful message to Chacha Nehru.
The event came to its end with a Children’s day song and Surprise video for the kids by the teachers.(Clink the link for the video)
The kids were exhilarated with joy and happiness which was the primary purpose of the program.
