On line Co –curricular activities . A Gift on National education day.

Owing to its high altitude, Zanskar experiences extremely harsh winter. The winter lasts for more than six months starting from October and going on till May. Temperatures dip well below -15°C and everything is quiet, bitter cold.But Education can not be obstructed by any circumstances if the students and teachers are ready to explore 21st Century skills.Changchup Choeling Nunnery ,Zangla Zanskar has taken a step forward to continue their Teaching Learning Process even in the winter unlike every year.The nunnery has organized “ Online Co- Curricular Activities”.Today ,on Nov 11 th The first class was conducted by Ms.Devina an online educator & volunteer from Delhi .The students were guided about Healthy & Unhealthy food and at last an online quiz was conducted supported with worksheet and educational song for the topic.There are several other topics like Role play,story telling ,hands on activities etc. are there in her list.The class was conducted under the supervision of the Monastery resident teachers Nun Stanzin Jigsal & Tenzin Tsepel.The students were excited and participative in the class.
