An approach towards creating a ZERO WASTE ZONE………….

Nothing is waste until ,you consider it as a waste ………

After Cleanliness drive and waste auditing, the time came to reflect upon the observation think of the probable solution.So, the nuns of Changchub Choeling Nunnery thought of reutilizing the waste in some or the other ways as suggested in CIRCULAR ECONOMY.They tried making some useful products using the waste and at least reduce the heap of garbage.These are certain glimpses to depict their approach towards dealing with the waste produced by them…….

1. A broken “Mirror frame ”to be used as a display for the students of the month.

2. “Real juice tetrapack “ as stationary holder.

3. Juice Container as Insense stick holder.

4. Plastic wrappers to be packed in Plastic bottles to reduce the volume of waste

5. Plastic bottles as Hanging garden

6. Plastic bottles for tree

7. Broken cups to be used for storage of tiny materials.

8. Tissue paper rolls as pen holder.

9. Dish wash container as Pencil shedding Box

10. Milk tetrapack as kitchen garden.

11. Cloth tags as bookmark…..

12. Composting the Biodegradable waste which is further used as manure.

13. Flower vase from broken thermos.
