Bhoti Month
བཟང་ལྷ་བཙུན་དགོན་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆོས་གླིང་གི་སློབ་ཕྲུག་ཚོའི་ཕྱི་ལོ་༢༠༢༣/ཟླ་བ་༠༤ ཞག་ལ་ཧ་ཅང་གལ་ཆེན་ཞིག་ཡིན་པས་ནང་དོན་རིག་པའི་རྩོད་གླེང་གི་སྐུ་པར་ཁག་ཅིག མཚན་ཉིད་རིག་པའི་བརྗོད་བྱ་གཙོ་བོ་སྣང་ཚུལ་དེའི་ ཁ་དོག་དང་ རྒྱུ་རྐྱེན་ འབྲས་བུ་ རྒྱུན་མཐུད་ མི་འགྱུར་བ་བཅས་ཀྱི་རྩོད་གླེང་ཞིག་གཟིགས་ར་འཕུལ་ཡོད།།
The Bhoti month celebration at Changchup Choeling Nunnery Zangla ,Zanskar is at it’s peak. As a very important part of the daily routine ,the students of the nunnery practice debate on the topic of various philosophical topic . On 20th April ,the nuns of Zangla practiced debate on the topic of colour,cause and result, permanence and impermanence of the phenomena.
Translating English and Bhoti Songs to Bhoti
In the series of Bhoti Month activities, the nuns of the Zangla nunnery translated English and Hindi songs into Bhoti.

དེ་རིང་ཕྱི་ལོ་༢༠༢༣ ཟླ་བ་༤ ཚེས་༡༠ ཉིན་བཟང་ལྷ་བཙུན་དགོན་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆོས་གླིང་གི་སློབ་ཕྲུག་རྣམས་ནས་ཁོ་རང་ཚོས་བྷོ་ཊིའི་ཡང་ན་བོད་ཡིག་སློབ་དེབ་ཀྱི་ནང་ནས་ཡི་གེ་ཀློག་སྟངས་སྒྲ་གདངས་མྱུར་ཚད་བཅས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་འགྲན་སྡུར་ཞིག་བྱས། སློབ་ཕྲུག་ཚོས་དགའ་སྦྲོའི་ངང་ནས་བྱ་དགའ་ལེན་པ་རེད། བྱེད་སྒོའི་དམིགས་ཡུལ་གཙོ་བོ་ནི་ཀློག་སྟངས་དག་ཆ་དང་སྒྲ་གདངས་བཅས་ཡར་རྒྱས་གཏོང་བའི་ཆེད་ཡིན།།
Today, at Changchup choeling nunnery Zangla Zanskar BHOTI READING COMPETITION was conducted.The parameters to give the marks were
1.Accuracy of the word
2.Speed.
3.Dialect
4.Pronounciation
It was conducted for all the students of all the classes.They were given a random paragraph from their Bhoti text book.The students enjoyed the activity and were rewarded with brautiful stickers.The objective of the activity was to improvise their pronounciation,dialect and speed of reading.

In the continuation to celebrate and promote the Bhoti language,The Changchup Choeling Nunnery,Zangla Zanskar conducted 'LAGDI DANDUR/HANDWRITING COMPETITION ' among the students.The students were given a praragraph to write correctly and beautifully.The sudents were given stickers to motivate.The objective of the activity was to make the students aware of the strokes and styles of writing Bhoti.

དེ་རིང་བཟང་ལྷ་བཙུན་དགོན་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆོས་གླིང་གི་སློབ་ཕྲུག་ཚོའི་མུ་མཐུད་ནས་ཁ་སང་སྙ་ངག་གྲངས་ཀ་མངོན་པར་བྱས་པ་མ་ཟད་ཡི་གེ་ཁ་ཤེས་ལ་དོན་སྙིང་དང་ཚིག་རྡར་བྱས་ནས་ཡིད་ལ་འཛིན། དེ་རིང་ཁོ་ཚོས་འདྲི་རྩད་ཀྱི་རོལ་རྩེད་ཅིག་རྩེས། བྱེད་སྒོའི་དམིགས་ཡུལ་དེ་ནི་བྷོ་ཊིའི་ཡང་ན་བོད་ཡིག་གི་ཐ་སྙད་ལ་རྟེན་ནས་དེ་དག་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་སུ་གཏོང་རྒྱུ་དེ་ཡིན།
In the continuation of the previous day activity of the Bhoti month celebration,the Changchup Choeling Nunnery ,Zangla Zanskar has conducted "ENHANCE YOUR VOCABULARY" activity today.The students were shown the poem digitally yesterday and given certain words to remember with the meaning and the spelling.Today they played a quiz game in which the kids were asked to write the words correctly on the white board and tell the meaning.The objective of this activity was to enrich them with Bhoti vocabulary.

In order to celebrate Bhoti Month,The Changchup Choeling Nunnery,Zangla,Zanskar conducted Poem Learning on 4th April 2023.The students of the nunnery were shown Bhoti poem digitally which they learnt and later they sang with their friends and teachers with action.The kids learnt many new words from the poem.The kids enjoyed the activity as they found fun element in the learning.
